VIDEO: Cook with the Polish Embassy in Dublin

This time we are presenting “karkówka w sosie grzybowym z pyzami” – a pork neck with wild mushroom sauce and steam buns. This warming dish is perfect for windy and rainy evenings in Ireland.

Our guests are: Robert Patyński, a co-founder of the first multilingual photographic school in Ireland and Paul Lebioda, whose father was involved in Irish-Polish Society for many years.
