Well done to all who participated in this year’s annual competition for cooperating teachers and foreign language assistants. The theme this year was ‘something from our culture box’ and the competition looked at the development of show-and-tell type teaching resources based on classroom culture box items.

Judges were highly impressed by the quality of all the numerous entries received. The three overall winners for 2023-24 were Gorey Community School (Co.Wexford), Lucan Community College (Co.Dublin), and Manor House School Raheny (Co.Dublin).
