Post-Primary Languages Ireland (PPLI) is seeking to recruit an Education Officer with competence in a foreign language to support the implementation of Languages Connect – Ireland’s Strategy for Foreign Languages in Education, diversifying, enhancing and expanding the teaching of foreign languages.

The candidate for this role will be required to develop, lead, and support the team responsible for language upskilling and resource development. They will also support implementation of the new MFL specification in primary schools, as well as ensuring that the Say Yes to Languages module is used to maximum effect. The successful Education Officer will contribute to maintaining an environment that supports high-quality leadership, effective project management and staff development.
