Rian Finegan, Clerical Officer
Rian joined PPLI in August 2026 as a Clerical Officer in Finance, under Corporate Services. He is a graduate of the National College of Ireland, where he completed his studies in Business in September 2023. He is currently undertaking CPD in Procurement and Finance at the Institute of Public Administration.
From 2023-2025, Rian lived and worked in Toronto, Canada. There, he worked in the finance and administration department of a public hospital, and during this time also travelled around North America.
