For years the European Union’s Ministers of Education have made language learning the key to education for European citizenship. Another factor promoting “languages for all” was equality of educational opportunity.
To offer a broad and balanced education we should adapt our learning in the classroom for students with special educational needs so that they can access that learning in the classroom.
